An affordable service without hassle
We offer everyone to test the service completely free for 30 days – it's completely risk-free and no credit card is needed!
Unlike many other services, a demo account does not automatically convert to a subscription, so it doesn't matter if you test and forget to cancel. We never send an invoice unless you actively choose to start.
After this, you are billed every third month, half-year or annually. If you want to cancel the service, you can do so immediately. The service then stops working for both administrators and users when the last paid month is over, or immediately if you prefer.
Prices
All prices are excluding VAT and the price refers to the monthly cost for the entire subscription, not per user. Example: An association with 46 users therefore pays 349 SEK/month excluding VAT for a large account.
User accounts do not need to be personal, the most common is that the administrator creates a login per apartment that should be able to book.
Frequently asked questions regarding invoices and payment
What are the payment terms on the invoice?
The invoice is issued with 30 days payment terms and is sent at the beginning of each new period and covers the period you have chosen yourself (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
Can you get the invoice via email?
Yes, just fill in the email address that the invoice should go to under your billing details and it will come electronically instead of in the mailbox.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
All prices communicated are excluding VAT. We turn to both companies and associations which makes it easiest, even though associations such as BRFs cannot deduct the VAT.
Can you pay by card?
No, currently you cannot pay by card. Most of our customers prefer to pay by invoice. If it is a wish from several customers, it may very well be that we add card payment in the future.
What does it cost if you also want an electronic lock connected to the premises?
We have a partnership with Parakey which is a supplier of digital keys. In addition to a subscription with us, you then also need a subscription with Parakey starting at 249 SEK/month. To control the door, a control unit and a compatible electronic lock (if you don't already have it) needs to be installed.
