Here is a short user guide on how to use Boka en tid to book times and get started with the service.

Log in

To book a laundry time, go to your login page on your computer, tablet or phone.

The login page is located at: https://bokaentid.se/en/login

You log in with the credentials you received from your administrator. This is usually your email address and a password.

The Calendar

When you have logged in, you will come to the calendar. You land on the current week and see your upcoming bookings to the right. In the calendar view, you can see which times are booked and which are available.

• To book an available time, click on the time in the calendar.
• Your upcoming bookings are shown at the top, click on a date to show the booking in the calendar.
• Cancel a time by clicking on "Change" and select "Cancel".
• If you have several laundry rooms and/or other premises, you can switch between them at the top left.

Change email address and password

By clicking on "My details" at the top right in the Calendar, you can change your email address and change password.

Forgot your password?

Provided that you have registered an email address, you can easily order a new password at https://bokaentid.se/en/glomt-losenord.

Subscribe to bookings

If you have a digital calendar such as Google Calendar, Apple iCal or Microsoft Outlook or similar with support for shared calendars, you can also subscribe to your laundry times. Click on the link "Subscribe to this calendar" under the calendar to access the link and add it to your calendar.
