Separate the laundry rooms if not everyone should book in the same one - Do members book in different laundry rooms? Separate the members with two different accounts to keep them apart, but you can administer both accounts from the same login.

Book different things but manage all from one place
If there are many different functions that can be booked in your BRF, you can either have one large account where all residents have access to all bookable functions or have separate accounts for each function that can be booked if residents have access to different things.
Regardless, it becomes easy to keep shared spaces organized, and you can have one (or several) administrator accounts that can easily switch between the different accounts within the system. Smooth and simple!
